1. Purpose and scope
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the access, use, registration, and participation in the NEXT AI SUMMIT event organized by FOUNDERS SLU and co-organized by MCA Assessors SL (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” and the “Co-organizer,” jointly referred to as “The Organizers”).
1.2. Participation in the event implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, as well as any additional regulations communicated by the Organizers in relation to the event.

3. Registration and participation
3.1. Registration requirements
Registration for the NEXT AI SUMMIT event must be completed via the designated registration form on the event website or through other channels specified by the Organizers.
3.2. Registration confirmation
Registration will only be considered valid after confirmation by the Organizers via email or other official communication methods.
3.3. Minimum age
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors may attend only if accompanied by a responsible adult and with prior written authorization.
3.4. Accuracy of information
Participants are responsible for the accuracy and updating of the information provided during the registration process. The Organizers will not be liable for errors or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete data.
3.5. Right of admission
The Organizers reserve the right to deny admission or exclude any individual whose behavior is inappropriate, disrupts the event’s normal course, or violates these Terms.
4. Fees, payments, and cancellations
4.1. Registration fee
The registration fee and any additional services will be clearly detailed during the registration process.
4.2. Payment methods
Payments may be made using the methods provided, such as credit card, bank transfer, or others specified by the Organizers.
4.3. Cancellation policy by participants
- Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the event: 90% refund.
- Cancellations notified between 15 and 30 days prior to the event: 50% refund.
- Cancellations notified less than 15 days prior to the event: no refund.
4.4. Cancellation or modification of the event by the organizers
The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the NEXT AI SUMMIT event in cases of force majeure, logistical issues, or justified reasons. In the event of cancellation, the registration fee paid by the Participants will be fully refunded.
5. Participation conditions
5.1. Participant obligations
- Respect the event rules and instructions from staff.
- Use the facilities and resources appropriately.
- Refrain from engaging in illegal, dangerous, or disruptive activities.
5.2. Identification
Participants must carry their official event badge provided by the Organizers at all times to access the event and reserved areas.
5.3. Health and safety
Participants must comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in place, including those related to COVID-19 or other transmissible diseases.
6. Intellectual property and image rights
6.1. Intellectual property
All event content, including audiovisual materials, presentations, and documents, is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited without prior consent from the Organizers.
6.2. Use of image rights
Participants grant the Organizers the right to use photographs, videos, or recordings in which they may appear for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes related to the NEXT AI SUMMIT event, without any financial compensation. If a Participant does not consent, they must notify the Organizers in advance.
7. Data protection
7.1. The processing of Participants’ personal data will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Organizers, available on the event website.
7.2. The data provided will be used exclusively for managing the registration, development, and follow-up of the event, in compliance with Andorran data protection regulations.
8. Limitation of liability
The Organizers will not be responsible for:
- Damage, loss, or injuries suffered by Participants during the event, except in cases of gross negligence.
- Delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond their control.
- Loss or theft of personal belongings.
9. Complaints and claims
Any complaints or claims must be submitted in writing to the Organizers via email at [email protected] or [email protected] within 15 days after the event.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms are governed by Andorran law.
10.2. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Principality of Andorra.
11. Modifications to the terms and conditions
The Organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Participants and published on the official event website.
12. Acceptance
Registration for the NEXT AI SUMMIT event implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
